You’ll learn how to use the Authenticity Inventory to clarify your core values and strengths, then turn that clarity into SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) goals that align with your personal and professional vision. Finally, discover the Quadrant Method, a simple but powerful tool to help you organize and prioritize those goals so you can take focused, intentional action.
