Greetings everyone!
This month’s theme is Let’s kick off summer early at our June 2nd meeting. Let’s see your favorite summer attire! Don’t forget the hats and sunglasses!
This is how the meetings are run. The total cost per person will be $20.00 which will include your lunch, beverage, tax and tip. You will pay upon arrival using a credit card, or cash.
Please use the main entrance and proceed downstairs.
You will have a choice of 5-6 items which you’ll choose once you check out the limited menu. This menu can change in the future depending on your thoughts and ideas.
You are asked to have a “30” second commercial to introduce yourself and what you do.
( please practice this so the meeting can run smoothly and we start and end on time).
Generally speaking, we will have 2 presentations totaling about 8-9 min and closing with 1-2 min for questions. If you want to be a speaker, you need to attend at least 3 meetings.
After our speakers, you will have an additional 30 sec to promote an upcoming event or give a testimonial to a client in the room. Please remember to RSVP! This is extremely important to the facility to have an idea of how many people that expect. Can’t wait to see everyone at our new facility!
