Hola, mi gente—I’m back!
Yeah, I know—I went a little MIA there for a minute. Life’s been juggling me like a circus act, but multitasking? That’s basically my cardio at this point. Everyone who knows me says the same thing: “How do you do it all? When do you rest?”
When you’re wired with determination, ambition, and a healthy dose of “failure is not an option,” there’s no off switch — and honestly, I’m okay with that. Ain’t that something fierce? But anyway—today’s not about my overachiever tendencies. Let’s get into what really needs to be said…
Let’s talk about YOU! That little voice in your head—the one acting like a toddler mid–temper tantrum, kicking and screaming, “Who do you think you are?”
Let me tell you who you are, cariño. You’re the main character, not some unpaid intern in your own story. So grab your cafecito, fix that crown, and let’s remind that voice exactly who’s running this show—you are.
This month’s micro-lesson? Rewiring your mindset—aka neuroplasticity. Yeah, it’s a $10 word, but don’t panic. Think of it like your brain’s ultimate glow-up. Every thought, feeling, and habit you repeat is your brain out here lifting weights in the mental gym—building muscle for your next big move.
So no, you’re not “stuck.” You’re a whole shape-shifter. Every time you choose courage over chaos or faith over fear, your brain’s like,
“Say less, I got you.”
You’re literally training your mind to back your greatness. And that, mi gente, is how you snatch imposter syndrome by the edges and send it packing.
Confidence isn’t some magical moment you wait on—it’s something you build with every move you make, every step you take. And if you just heard “Every Breath You Take” by The Police in your head—same! (Don’t worry, we’re giving boss energy, not stalker vibes. 😎) Now straighten that posture and walk like the whole damn room was built for you.
The Science (But Make It Simple)
Neuroplasticity just means your brain can form new pathways. Every thought you repeat—whether it’s “I’m not ready for this role” or “I bring value wherever I go”—becomes a belief.
Here’s the kicker: your brain doesn’t judge. It simply builds around what you feed it.
So if you keep serving it doubt, it’ll wire for doubt. But if you feed it growth, confidence, and belonging? Your brain rewires for power.
It’s not magic—it’s maintenance.
Visualization Isn’t Fluff, It’s Fuel (Believe it because it’s backed by evidence—I promise!)
Picture yourself winning daily—like it’s your full-time job. Cover your mirrors, fridge, and laptop with sticky notes that scream your greatness. Remind yourself you’re smart, bold, hilarious, brilliant, loved, respected, and straight-up that boss.
When you start visualizing yourself crushing challenges, leading like a pro, or walking into meetings with Beyoncé-level confidence, your actions begin to match that vision. It’s not make-believe—it’s mental rehearsals for success.
That’s why I developed the 7-Day Power Move Challenge—because transformation doesn’t come from perfection; it comes from practice. Trust me, I have done it and it WORKS!
7-Day Power Move Challenge
For the next seven days, do this simple (but mighty) exercise:
- Catch a self-doubt thought.
- Reframe it into a power move.
- Say it out loud in the mirror like you mean it—from the chest! (Personally, I tell myself how lucky I am to have me in my life. And yes, I mean it. For realz. 😏)
Example:
😵 “I’m not ready for this.”
👏 “I’m growing into this, and that’s powerful.”

Affirmation of the Week
“I am capable. I bring value. I am always growing.” “I am bad ass and everyone knows it!”
Say it. Believe it. Own it. ¡Dale, q’ tú puedes!
I know you can, I have faith in you!!
And don’t skip celebrating the small wins, either. Every step forward—sending that email, showing up for that meeting, speaking your truth—is proof you’re moving closer to your highest form of self. Confidence isn’t built overnight; it’s built in moments like these.

Your brain will rewire—because you are worthy, you do belong, and success is already yours to claim.
I promise. If I can do it, so can you!
Keep training that beautiful brain of yours, boo. Celebrate those small wins—they’re the real flex. Remember, it’s practice, not perfection, that builds power. Get 1% better every day and watch what happens—because that kind of consistency? Yeah, that crap compounds! 💥
